PROPOSALS, VII IBC (1950)

List of proposals submitted to the VII International Botanical
Congress, Stockholm, 1950, to amend the International Rules ed. 3
(as amended at Amsterdam).

This Congress was originally planned for 1940, but postponed due
to WWII. Proposals to the 1940 Congress could address only new
points (not voted on earlier), while for the 1950 Congress this
restriction had been lifted.

Note: for ease of reading, the Rapporteur’s “stencilled” has been
rendered as “mimeographed”, and his “type-script” as “typed”.

Links may go to the relevant page of a local copy of a PDF
(copyright varies: the IAPT, Kew Gardens, etc).  They may also go
to the relevant page on a website, usually BHL or Cyberliber, but
also some others.  In the case of PDF’s made by JSTOR a link may
be off one page (browser-dependent; some browsers do not count
the page added by JSTOR).
